TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
All my prints are handmade. There are no reproductions sold on this site. While every effort has been made to photograph them well to show the true colours and texture of each item, please be aware that computer monitors do all differ slightly and the colours you see on screen may not match exactly the colours in real life.
Prices & Payment
Payments are accepted through Stripe.// SQUARE SPACE
If no payment is made within 1hr, the item will be re-listed and the sale cancelled. Prices are all shown in GBP. Vat is not charged.
Prices displayed throughout this website were accurate at the time of publication and may change at any time. I sell my artwork across the UK as well as online, every effort has been made to keep my prices consistent but there may be slight discrepancies due to postage costs.
Shipping
UK parcels are sent standard tracked delivery and to arrive within 2-3 days and do not require a signature.
I aim to ship items within 5 working days of an order being placed. I will keep in touch if there are any issues.
I do hope you love your purchase, but if you are unhappy in any way please get in touch and we can try to resolve the issue together.
Returns and refunds
If you take delivery of work and it is damaged in transit, then I offer a full refund. This is provided:
you notify me by email within 2 days of receipt.
the work is returned to me (at the buyer’s expense) within 14 days, in the original condition and packaging using a tracked postal service.
I cannot refund the shipping costs. Refunds can take up to 10 days to arrive back in your account.
