PRIVACY POLICY

Jane Selman operates the www.gradyprints.co.uk website, which facilitates the provision of selling her prints and greetings cards and to her mailing list.

This policy is used to inform website visitors on the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information, if anyone decides to purchase a print or cards, or subscribe to my email newsletter. I can assure you that I will not sell, use, rent or trade email lists with other artists, companies or businesses.  

TYPES OF DATA I COLLECT

The types of data I collect are limited to name, email address, telephone number and delivery/pickup address. This information is held securely on my home laptop and mobile devices, all of which are password protected.

The information is collected explicitly during the purchase process and will be used to contact and identify you and to ship the product to you.

If you subscribe to my newsletter, I will need to collect your name and email address. 

If you have placed an order through the website, I will maintain your order information for my records unless and until you ask me to delete that information.

ENQUIRIES

When you email me, your name, email and any personal data will be held for up to 1 year on email, to assist with any follow up enquiries. After 1 year these emails will be deleted.

Cookies are files with small amounts of data that are commonly used as an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your computer’s hard drive.
